Introduction
Emotions Anonymous (EA) was formed by a group of individuals who found a new way of life by working the twelve-step program of Alcoholics Anonymous, as adapted for people with emotional problems.
We invite you to discover, as we have, that our EA fellowship of weekly meetings is warm and friendly, and that it is also important for achieving and maintaining emotional health.
The Twelve Steps and the Twelve Traditions are our guides for our meetings and for living one day at a time because ours is a twenty-four hour program.
Emotions Anonymous is a non-profit organization, supported by the voluntary contributions of its members.
We thank Alcoholics Anonymous for their permission to use the program, and we thank the God of our understanding for guidance.

Hi everyone
This is the 1st update since January 2008, I had been waiting for definitive information about the convention, but I needed to do some fixes, revisions and broken links. I will update the web site again when I receive some information about the convention.

Happy New Year to every one, this is the first update to the local website with information regarding the 2008 convention. There have been minor revisions since Nov 2007, including more material to read, and some old convention recordings. The look, is about the same (there was a major change to the initial one, but most people did not see the 1st site), with just a little more to read.
Please keep coming back, and I would appreciate any info to make this site better. Thanks gregd@eareagon5.com

This site was started since the Detroit Area EA is hosting the 2008 International Conference. Please remember this site was just started on November 15, 2007, and therefore will be a work in progress for the next couple of months.
